Approach

Homeopathy begins with an assessment of the whole person to identify remedies that can reduce debilitating symptoms and result in improved health.

No two people are alike. A thorough initial interview is used to establish a cooperative relationship and partnership between Varda and her clients. This initial interview provides Varda with the pertinent information needed to select the appropriate remedy.

Varda relies on ongoing communication with her clients to evaluate progress, make any required adjustments to the remedy. This process results in more complete healing and improved well-being.

Homeopathy provides remedies for specific conditions. Its primary mission is to create a healthier individual.

TRAUMA

Emotional trauma is the root cause in most diseases. Emotional traumas affecting us through denied feeling of loss, disappointment or grief, to name a few.

There maybe a time when bad things happen to us and we couldn’t respond by expressing ourselves. Perhaps it was not appropriate to express ourselves, permitted, acceptable or even possible. For the sake of survival we had to act rather than feel. At such times, putting our feelings aside is the best we could have done.

Never the less the feelings have got to go somewhere, often get stored in our body. Unless resolved, the storage of unresolved feelings contributes to the development of disease.

Our culture is much more acceptable to a disease with a name. Naming an illness is the first step of approaching a superficial model of healing, treating illness with drugs and surgery: Drugs mask and ease the pain, making it possible to live with the conditions, while surgery removes the affected portion altogether.

Understanding the cause, the emotional reaction that leads to development of disease, and gently bringing it to resolution, is effective and powerful step toward well-being.
